SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery Information:

• We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card. All online purchases include a distinctive TS Fine Jewellery gift box, which is packaged into a secure, non-branded postal pack. Most fine jewellery is made and ships within 3 to 6 weeks. Upon dispatch, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. 

  Delivery Charges:

• UK: No delivery charge. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Orders should arrive within 1 working day after your item as been shipped.

• EUROPE: No delivery charge. All orders are sent via DHL. Orders should arrive within 1-3 working days after your item as been shipped.

• INTERNATIONAL: No delivery charge. All orders are sent via FedEx (dependent on local mail restrictions). Orders should arrive within 1-3 working days after your item as been shipped.

  Taxes:

• UNITED STATES & CANADA: Import tax and duties will be calculated and collected on check out. 

• EUROPE: Tax and duty is included in the price and you won't be charged any extra when your items is shipped to you. 

  Returns:

• Whilst we hope that you will love your TS Fine Jewellery items can be returned or exchanged within 14-days from the date of delivery and so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in the original saleable condition as when purchased. A full refund will be issued to the original form of tender within 10 days once the item is returned to Tianne Simmons.

• It is important to note that in the case of a purchase of a bespoke piece of jewellery or items that have been personalize, we may not be able to accept a return.
